Paul & Zewick Associates LLC. Was founded in 2008 by Favila Paulos Budyszewick and Raymond Salomon Budyszewick as a general business consulting firm. Our combined experience in working one-on-one with large and small clients in helping to improve their business goals has help fuel our growth and made us a premier source for professional consulting services and the go-to packaging company for commercial lenders in South Florida.

As Commercial Funding Consultants, we help our customers asses financial solutions and debt thresholds. We also work with them to review lending options and support them throughout the loan process. Conversely, we also work with financial institutions to evaluate the viability of deals presented by brokers before they are submitted and then work together with brokers and clients to package proposals.
